Appointment confirmations are sent by email at the time of booking, with a reminder issued 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Please note that the clinic is located on a lower ground floor and may not be accessible for all patients. Home visits for foot care are available on request and subject to suitability.

Conflict of Interest Policy

As a practising NHS podiatrist with Central North West London in Camden, the Hampstead podiatrist is dedicated to providing exceptional foot care while maintaining clear professional boundaries between NHS and private work. To prevent any conflict of interest, we do not accept private patients who are currently receiving care from Central North West London Camden podiatry services. If you are unsure about your eligibility for our podiatry services, please feel free to get in touch for clarification.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations related to our podiatry services. Cancellations must be made by telephone only, allowing our Hampstead podiatrist to offer the appointment to another patient.

Please note: It is the patient’s responsibility to attend foot care appointments promptly. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being forfeited.
